The Centre for Integrative Business Psychology is a platform for interdisciplinary research and involves researchers from several departments at Aarhus BSS – in particular the Department of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences, the Department of Management and the Department of Economics and Business Economics.

Together, the researchers work to address major scientific questions, develop new theoretical insights and methodologies that are not only relevant to the field of business psychology, but may also be applied by companies and organisations in practice.
