Our "Hands-on Training on Open and Reproducible Science" is a 3-day interdepartmental course designed for PhD students across the social, behavioural, and health sciences. Guided by instructors from the Center for Integrative Business Psychology (CIBP), participants will gain a robust understanding of open science principles and learn to apply these to their research projects. The curriculum covers critical topics such as power analysis, pre-registration, meta-analysis, registered reports, and data sharing, with an emphasis on practical application. The course provides both discussions and practical exercises, empowering participants to effectively implement open science principles in their research.
