Christina Buur Steffensen

Christina Buur Steffensen works as a psychologist at Ældre og Sorg at the Danish National Center for Grief and is also employed as an external lecturer at the Unit for Bereavement Research, Aarhus University. Christina conducts research on grief in adults, with a particular focus on complicated grief reactions. Her work examines the factors that increase the risk of complicated grief and explores how grief can best be understood and treated. In addition, Christina has contributed to the development of tools and instruments for the assessment of Prolonged Grief Disorder.
