This tool has been specifically developed to support the 360-degree and the LGT tools. Based on the BFL tool you may ask five basic questions to your project:

Do you want to do this?

Are you able to do this?

Are the external conditions for doing this in place?

Are you being met by others in doing this?

Will you in fact do this?

If you answer "maybe" or "no" to one or more of these questions you should change your goal, skills and/or next step. Change it so that you can answer yes to all five questions.
