Research

My research focuses on how people perceive and make sense of economic inequality across different domains of everyday life, such as access to healthcare, education, and political participation. I study the cognitive biases and psychological barriers that shape these perceptions and that may limit public support for actions aimed at reducing inequality. Through experimental and survey‑based methods, I seek to uncover the mechanisms behind these misunderstandings and examine how they influence attitudes toward social change and redistribution.
