The Sleep & Circadian Psychology Research Unit (SCaPE)
Sleep and circadian rhythms shape fundamental aspects of our lives and play important roles in daily activities including work, school, and personal lives. The aim of this interdisciplinary research group is to bring researchers and students together who have an interest in how sleep and the circadian timing system interacts with human psychology, health and behavior. The main objective of the Sleep & Circadian Psychology Research Group is to conduct high-quality and interdisciplinary research within the fields of psychology, sleep and chronobiology investigating bi-directional links with relevance for mental and physical health and well-being. Our aim is to contribute to international research, as well as to provide mentoring, support and opportunities for students and researcher who share our research interests.
The research group, thus, welcomes all students and researchers wishing to expand our knowledge in this interdisciplinary field. Research within all categories including interventional, experimental, observational and epidemiological studies are of relevance.
