The deadline for submitting an abstract has expired. You can still attend the conference without a paper. If interested in doing so, please register via the online registration form on the bottom of this page.
The deadline for registering for the conference is August 25th.
Please remember that submitting an abstract does not equal a registration. You must remember to register for the conference separately online.
Presenters are expected to submit a full paper before the conference. Deadline for submission of a full paper is September 17th.
The steering committee will assign discussants for all accepted papers. We hope that all participants are ready to act as discussants if asked to do this.
Registration is done through the online system. Payment for the conference is required immediately. After the registration deadline (August 25th), no refunds are given.
The participation fee is 100 euro.
This includes coffee, lunch and farewell reception.
The conference dinner on Thursday evening is optional and costs an additional 30 euro. It should be actively selected in the registration system.
Accommodation is booked separately. We recommend booking a hotel at the same time as registering for the conference as hotel availability in Aarhus is limited. See our suggestions via the link on the website menu.
