I'm researching ways to prevent stress, compassion fatigue, burnout, and disstress among ambulancepersonel.

I'm primarily researching the work environment of ambulance personel. I'm investigating what they perceive as stressful, how they experience individual traumatic events, and strategies for preventing stress and burnout among ambulance personel.

The primary purpose of my research is to develop and test an e-learning based intervention aimed at ambulance personel, with the aim of preventing mental strain and dissatisfaction resulting from their work.

My primary area of interest lies within work and organizational psychology, specifically psychological work environment, work-related mental disorders and traumas, as well as preventive interventions in workplaces.

I also have experience in neuropsychological research and third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy, specifically metacognitive therapy.
