The LET tool will guide you through a process of considering how things are going with regard to your work on the goals you set yourself, the skills you chose and the next step you determined.

A typical way of using the tool:

1. A while ago (typically a week), you may have completed the LGT form. You set a goal, chose one or more skills and set one or more next steps.

2. Now you may begin this session by using the LET tool to consider if you want to change something (the challenge, the goal, the skills, the next step(s)). Duration about 10 minutes.

3. Immediately after your work with the LET tool (that is, in the same session), you open the LGT tool and start filling in a new LGT form, based on what you found out by using the LET tool. Duration about 20-30 minutes.

4. Even if you do not want to change goal or challenge, you should fill in the new LGT form exactly as the previous one. It will give you the opportunity to stay on track.
