Mindfulness reduces anxiety and depression in cancer patients

An interdisciplinary research project carried out between Aarhus University, Aarhus University Hospital and the Danish Cancer Society shows that mindfulness-based psychological therapy helps reduce anxiety and depression in cancer patients.
